Syeda Muneeza Fatima is a practicing lawyer enrolled as an Advocate High Court. She holds a degree in law from the International Islamic University Islamabad and is a certified mediator. Additionally, she completed a four-month certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution offered by the Asia Foundation. Muneeza became extremely intrigued by the concept of solving disputes while adopting alternative means, finding it very enticing and engaging. Since then, she has been focused on the approach of fixing problems without being adversarial. Currently, Muneeza is serving as Special Public Prosecutor in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). She possesses adequate knowledge and expertise in the corporate and regulatory sectors of SECP. She has been a part of various mediations in corporate cases where High Courts directed the SECP to act as a mediator. Muneeza's interaction with people from various cultures has enhanced her ability to understand others' perspectives. She is easy to talk to and takes immense pleasure in settling disputes in an amicable manner. She puts in significant effort to comprehend and empathize with others' problems and hopes to emerge as one of the most beneficial mediators.
