Mr. Rana is a corporate lawyer and certified mediator, currently serving as Assistant Director Law in Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Mr. Rana is also notified Special Public Prosecutor for dealing white collar crime. He graduated from University of the Punjab with Gold Medal distinction and licensed Advocate High Courts of Pakistan. His primary expertise lies in the corporate sector including but not limited to taxation litigation, insurance sector etc. Moreover, Mr. Rana is a strong believer of out of court settlement especially for the corporate sector as it save time, money and hassle involved in proper litigation. Top of it, Mr. Rana is a good listener and counselor, and hopes to provide valuable services as a mediator.
