Ms. Hafiza is an Advocate of High Courts, Currently, serving as Management Executive at Appellate Bench Registry Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. She has completed LLB (Hons) Shariah & Law from International Islamic University Islamabad. She then specialized via her LLM in Family laws form IIUI. As far as Corporate sector concerned, she has worked with almost all banks as their legal advisor. She also has experience in insurance sector, Non- banking financial institutions and capital Market of Pakistan. Not limiting her expertise to Pakistan, she has worked with the fourth largest corporate law firm of US as their associate legal. She strongly believes in resolving issues through mediation and has settled several family disputes out of court.
