Mr. Abdul Rafay Bhatti is an Attorney-at-Law by profession and a certified ADRi mediator, having completed Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B (Hons)) from the University of London, certified mediation training course from ADR Iinitiative, and legal skills course from SZABIST School of Law, Karachi. Also pursuing a Diploma in Taxation from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. Mr. Bhatti is currently, actively practicing as a legal counsel in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, having the experience of serving at a Fortune500 company, financial sector, regulatory authority, reputed litigation firms, etc. In addition, he is a tri-lingual public speaker and trainer, he participated and won at several national and international forums. He is a firm believer in dialogue because dialogue is the cornerstone to building consensus amongst conflicting parties. It is the tool that can revive the lost essence of the human spirit at the hands of disputes. Having completed him required training and assessments he is providing his services inter alia in commercial & corporate disputes, family disputes, and other civil disputes.
