Mussana Masud

Service Description

Mussana Masud Khan completed his Bachelor of Laws from University of London. He is currently working as an academic coordinator and tutor for EU Law at University College Lahore. He spent a summer working at the Office of the Advocate General, trying to understand complex constitutional issues. Due to his strong interest in International Law and achieving peace, Mussana completed the International Law Certification Course conducted by the Research Society of International Law. Pursuing his interest of achieving world peace further, he developed an interest in ADR and decided to get a taste of it by participating in the Negotiation Bootcamp and AD Hoc Negotiation Competition (Dubai) by ADR ODR International and won Silver. Mussana strongly believes that mediation if done properly has the capacity to solve any conflict in the world. Mediation can transform our society and help rediscover the human spirit that has been lost to disputes. He believes strongly in this quote by Jimmy Carter, “Unless both sides win, no agreement can be permanent”. For there to be world peace, it is necessary for both parties to be winners after any conflict.
