Mr. Hassan completed his graduation from the University of Punjab in 2014 and since then, practicing as an Advocate in Pakistan. In addition to his legal education, he also holds several diplomas in Intellectual property, Anti-terrorism, Quranic and Shariah laws.

Starting his career with Ahmer Bilal Soofi & Company, he has worked on contentious/ non-contentious legal matters for a number of public and private organizations, child abduction cases under Pak-UK Protocol on child abduction 2003, pro-bono litigation for the protection of minority rights in Pakistan and petitions before the Environmental Protection Agency Balochistan (EPAB) for implementation of environmental and labour laws at Gaddani ship-breaking yard. Currently, he is working as a Senior Manager Legal (VP) at a multinational and looking after the corporate advisory, regulatory and commercial legal affairs. His areas of expertise includes civil litigation, service matters, corporate advisory and Intellectual property laws. Specialized knowledge of Legislative drafting, Dispute Resolution, Commercial & Property transactions and corporate licensing are his key strengths. Mr. Hassan holds an honor of being certified trainee on legendary services and leadership by Ken Blenchard.
