Mohsin Abbas Syed

Mr Mohsin is LLM with certification in legislative drafting. He has more than 30 years of legal professional experience as lawyer, law teacher, public law counsel and legal consultant. He has served on different positions including acting Secretary Law Punjab, MD PPRA Punjab, Senior Consultant in Ministry of Law and as Senior Legal Consultant in the Privatisation Commission. He has drafted many laws and has many law-related publications. He is a resource person for the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services and other leading institutions for public policy and law. He is also engaged by different international organizations and INGOs as trainer and author of legal instruments. Legislation, constitution, administrative law, public procurement, transparency, law & development, good governance and parliamentary practices and procedures are main areas of his interest.
