Mr. Hammad is an advocate, accredited mediator (ADR ODR International) and legal expert with over 15 years’ experience of contentious and non-contentious work in law and corporate sector. He has worked with prominent law firms / lawyer in the domain of various laws such as corporate & commercial, power generation, IP, project finance, public procurement, constitutional and SEZ laws etc. He also rendered legal expertise at prominent organizations on key roles such as: Punjab Thermal Power Pvt. Limited (as Chief Legal Officer), Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Pvt. Limited (Head of Legal), at Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (as Additional Director Legal & Dispute Resolution and Company Secretary, remained PBIT’s focal person of Special Economic Zones Authority – Punjab, at ARK Law Associates as Senior Associate, at Irfan & Irfan (Advocates) as Associate and also remained associated with KPMG Pakistan as Audit Trainee.

In last few years, he has been involved in establishment and development of two RLNG based mega power projects in Punjab namely Bhikki Power Plant (1180 MW) and Punjab / Trimmu Power Plant, Jhang (1263 MW). He has also assisted the company in conducting country’s first expert determination under the RLNG based gas supply agreement and arbitration under the rules of London Court of International Arbitration.
